Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing Flow, or using a Flow-powered service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Flow for a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the services. “Flow”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Flow, the operator of the Flow service.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for credentials, authorised users, roles, devices, and activity under your business account.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use or a security incident.

Flow provides tools for business operations, which may include point of sale, inventory, invoicing, payments, customer and supplier records, expenses, reporting, subscriptions, and online storefronts. Features may depend on your plan, configuration, location, or third-party availability.

We may improve, replace, or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable.

You must not use Flow to:

• Break any law or infringe another person's rights.
• Sell prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe, or unlawfully obtained goods.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service or another account.
• Attempt unauthorised access, security testing, scraping, or circumvention.
• Send spam, deceptive communications, or fraudulent payment requests.
• Use the service in a way that creates unreasonable security, legal, or operational risk.

You are responsible for:

• Your products, services, prices, taxes, receipts, and business licences.
• The accuracy and legality of business, employee, customer, supplier, and transaction data entered into Flow.
• Providing customers with required notices, fulfilment, support, returns, refunds, and consumer protections.
• Configuring user permissions and limiting access to people who need it.
• Maintaining lawful backups or exports where your business requires them.

Flow does not become the seller, supplier, employer, tax adviser, accountant, or contracting party merely because the service records or supports a transaction.

Paid features are governed by the plan, billing cycle, price, taxes, and payment details shown when you subscribe or renew. You authorise the applicable payment provider to process the payment you approve. Successful payment may extend your service access for the selected period.

Payment processing may be provided by Paystack or another provider and is also subject to that provider's terms. Except where required by law, refund eligibility is determined by the refund terms presented with the relevant plan or confirmed by Flow support.

A Flow-powered storefront is operated by the merchant identified on that storefront. The merchant—not Flow—is responsible for product descriptions, stock, pricing, delivery, returns, warranties, customer service, and the underlying sale. Payment providers and financial institutions may separately govern payment authorisation, settlement, reversals, and disputes.

You retain your rights in data you submit to Flow. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that data to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and provide personal information to Flow.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Flow and its software, branding, interface, documentation, and service content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business operations during your authorised access period.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

Flow may connect to third-party services. We do not control their systems, terms, availability, or decisions. Your use of a third-party service is governed by your agreement with that provider.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, internet conditions, third-party failures, security events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability. We may use reasonable limits to protect service stability and security.

You may stop using Flow at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security threats, unlawful use, material breach, or risk to users or the service. We may terminate access for an uncured material breach or where required by law.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. Data export and deletion remain subject to product capabilities, the Privacy Policy, and legal retention obligations.

To the extent permitted by law, Flow is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. Flow does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or regulatory advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid to Flow for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Flow against third-party claims arising from your products or services, your business data, your violation of law or another person's rights, or your material breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, each party will try in good faith for 30 days to resolve a dispute through written notice. Subject to applicable consumer rights, the courts of Ghana will have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service, by email, or by another reasonable method. Continued use after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
